AMBUJA CEMENTS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2015, inter alia, has approved payment of interim dividend of 80% on equity shares of the Company i.e. Rs. 1.60 per share.<BR><BR>The dividend shall be paid on and from August 10, 2015.
