AMBUJA CEMENTS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2015 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Quarterly /Half Yearly Financial Results by the Board of Directors to the Stock Exchanges.<BR><BR>It means that the designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period.<BR>
