AMD Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2014, have transacted the following:<br/><br/>- The Board has appointed Mr. Ashok Gupta as Vice Chairman with effect from February 07, 2014 and re-appointed him as Whole Time Director with effect from April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>- The Board has re-appointed Mr. Adit Gupta as Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.
