During the Half Year ended 31st March 2017, the Company has received request for transfer and consolidation of shares and the certificates were issued within the prescribed time. However the Company has not received any request for sub-division, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies were lodged by shareholders of company during period from 1st October 2016 to 31st March 2017.
