Amines and Plasticizers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2014, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Ms. Nimisha Minesh Dutia as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company complying with the requirement of clause 49 of the listing agreement and Sections 149, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act, 2013 with immediate effect.
