Amines and Plasticizers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following by way of Postal Ballot Process: <br/><br/>Authority to the Board of Directors:<br/><br/>1. to borrow in excess of the limits prescribed under section 180(1)(c) and creation of charges and/or mortgage under section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>2. to make investments, loans and to give guarantees or to provide security under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. to amend Articles of the Association of the Company by inserting new provisions as per the Companies Act, 2013.
