AMTEK AUTO LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Amtek Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2014, inter alia, have approved recommendation of dividend to its equity shareholders @ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
