Amtek Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the Independent Directors of the Company held their meeting on February 11, 2016 reviewed inter alia;<BR><BR>1. Performance of non-independent directors on the Board and the Board as whole;<BR><BR>2. Performance of the Chairman of the Company as per the views given by executive-directors and non-executive directors; and<BR><BR>3. Quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between management and the Board.
