Amtek Auto Ltd has informed BSE that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on September 04, 2014, have allotted 10,38,793 equity shares at Rs. 148.40/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCBs of US $ 3.17 million.
