Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to the approval from Shareholders in Annual General Meeting dated December 31, 2014, Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company in its meeting held May 26, 2015, has decided to allot Preference Shares aggregating to Rs. 75 Crores.
