AMTEK INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2015 has approved the Issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs. 600 Crores (Six Hundred Crores) on Private Placement basis subject to the approvals of Shareholders and any other approvals from regulatory authority if required.
