Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 and shall reopen on November 09, 2015.
