Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 and shall reopen on February 13, 2016.
