Anand Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 06, 2015, has appointed Ms. Jeanette Luisa Alphonso as Women Director of the Company w.e.f. April 06, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has proposed Ms. Jeanette Luisa Alphonso as Independent Director of the Company subject to the approval of the members of the Company in their forthcoming general meeting.
