Anand Projects Ltd - Resignation of Director

Anand Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2014, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Narayan Jee Jha as the Director of the Company. Hence, they ceased to be the Director from the Board of the Company with immediate effect i.e. from September 29, 2014.
