Anand Projects Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that, as per Company''s code of conduct for insider trading framed pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the directors and other persons covered under the code, from July 01st,2023 to till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
