Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 09, 2014, inter alia, has approved the Re-appointment of Sh. Amit Sarin as Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company who will be in full time employment of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from July 09, 2014.
