Anant Raj Limited - Revision in Credit Rating

Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE) vide its letter dated May 19, 2016, has revised the credit rating of the Company from 'CARE BBB+ (Triple B plus)" to 'CARE BBB (Triple B)" for the long term bank facilities of Rs. 1,181.64 Crores and for the long term Non Convertible Debentures (NCD's) of Rs. 75.00 Crores, which had been issued by the Company on private placement basis.
