Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts & Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 12, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
