Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has prematurely redeemed the outstanding 1000 NCDs of Rs. 5 Lacs each at par, issued to Yes Bank Limited, on private placement basis.<br/><br/>The total amount paid on prepayment is Rs. 50.00 Crores (Rupees Fifty Crores Only).<br/><br/>After the aforesaid prepayment, the Company has completed redemption of entire NCDs under Series-A and the ISIN - INE242C07021 would stand extinguished.
