Andhra Bank has informed BSE that the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, New Delhi, dated May 15, 2015 had entrusted the additional charge of the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Andhra Bank to Shri. Satish Kumar Kalra, Executive Director, Andhra Bank for a period of three months w.e.f. from the date of issue of order or till the date of appointment of regular Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
