ANDHRA BANK - Revision in Rating

Andhra Bank has informed BSE that M/s. Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd. during their annual surveillance of ratings assigned to the Subordinated Debt Bonds, Innovative Perpetual Debt Bonds and Upper Tier-II Bonds raised by the Bank, vide their letters dated January 31, 2014, have downgraded the ratings.
