Andhra Bank has informed BSE that the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Bank shall be held on July 18, 2014, at 2.30 p.m. at Sri Sathya Sai Nigamagamam, 8-3-987/2, Sri Nagar Colony, Hyderabad - 500 073.<br/><br/>The Bank has fixed June 06, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligible shareholders for receiving the Annual Report of the Bank for the FY 2013-14, for passing of the Resolution and to attend the abovesaid Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>Further the Bank has informed that, the e-voting process will commence from July 12, 2014 at 10.00 AM to July 14, 2014 at 5.00 PM.
