ANDHRA BANK - Q3 results on Feb 12, 2016

Andhra Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 12, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from February 02, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting) for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. Trading Window will open on February 15, 2016.
