Andhra Bank has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>- Mr. S. V. Venkatasubramanian, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank demitted the Office on July 31, 2015 on superannuation.<BR><BR>- Mr. Y. Amarnath, General Manager is designated as the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, with effect from August 01, 2015.
