ANG Industries Limited - Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

ANG Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>- To take on record the Unaudited Financial Result (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has decided that the closure of trading window as per SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 would commence from February 04, 2016 and the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of February 06, 2016 (both days inclusive).
