The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 12th November, 2020 has considered and approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ended 30th September, 2020 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement as at 30th September, 2020. <BR> Please find enclosed herewith the copy of same together with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by M/s Ajay K Khanna & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> The Board Meeting was commenced at 4:00 P.M and concluded at 5:15 P.M. <BR>
