ANIK INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that as per the SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015, the trading window will remain closed from 01st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2024 for all the designated persons (and their immediate relatives) as defined under the code of the Company.
