ANIL LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Anil Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia,<BR>has decided to setup an advisory Board, constituting of experts in various fields to help, guide the management of the Company. Keeping this in mind, the Board has approved resignation of Pro. Indira Parikh, to avoid conflict of interest, as she will be part of advisory Board as consultant.
