Anjani Foods Ltd - Compliances-Reg.24(A)-Annual Secretarial Compliance

As per regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the regulation 24A shall not apply to listed companies having paid up capital of less than 10 crores and networth less than 25 crores as on the last date of previous financial year. We would like to inform that our company paid up capital is 5.59 crores and net worth is Rs. 13.20 Crores. Therefore, we hereby claim exemption under Regulation 15(2).
