We would like to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, designated persons and connected persons of the Company from October 01, 2022 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2022 to the public (both days inclusive).
