ANS Industries Ltd - Compliance-57 (5) : intimation after the end of quarter

Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 57 (5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 we confirm that the company has not issued any Non-convertible securities and hence the payment of interest / dividend/principal obligations on such securities is not applicable for the quarter ended on 30.09.2023. We also confirm that there was no unpaid interest /dividend/ principal obligations in relation to non-convertible securities at the end of quarter 30.09.2023.
