Pursuant to provision of Regulation 57 (5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we confirm that the Company has not issued any Non-convertible securities and hence the payment of interest/dividend/ principal obligation on such securities not applicable for the quarter ended on 31.12.2023. we also confirm that there was no unpaid interest / dividend / principal obligation in relation to non-convertible securities at the end of quarter 31.12.2023.
