With reference to the earlier letter dated November 05, 2014 regarding resignation of Shri R. L. Gupta from the post of Wholetime Director (Finance and Business Development) and CFO. In this connection, Ansal Buildwell Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2014, while placing on record appreciation of the services rendered and contribution made by him to the Company during his tenure as Wholetime Director (Finance and Business Development) and CFO of the Company, has accepted his resignation w.e.f. November 13, 2014.
