Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sanjay Mehta, Sr. V. P. (Finance) of the Company who was designated as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in terms of the Listing Agreement has also been appointed as CEO under the Companies Act, 2013.
