Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2014 has approved the appointment of Mrs. Nisha Ahuja as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from September 26, 2014 to hold office until conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
