With reference to the captioned matter, we have received (1) Order no (IB)- 330(ND)2021 in the matter of Bibhuti Bhushan Biswas & others vs. M/s. Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd. and (2) Order no (IB)- 344(ND)2021 in the matter of Sheela Sharma and others vs. M/s. Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd. (Company) both dated the 16th November, 2022 passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, Court-II in respect of initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Company.
