The Company has informing the exchange that the trading window for dealing / trading in to the shares of the Company by the designated person of the company and their immediate relatives shall be closed with effect from the 01st July, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending on 30th June, 2024 (Both days inclusive).
