Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board has not recommended any dividend for the Financial Year ended the March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board has approved the new Codes of Fair Disclosures and Conduct of Company in terms of new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.<BR><BR>3. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the following policies/Program of the Company :<BR><BR>- Corporate Social Responsibility Policy<BR><BR>- Risk Management/Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policy<BR><BR>- Familiarization program for Independent Directors
