Anus Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes were made:<BR><BR>1. Approved the appointment of Mr. A. Siva Rami Reddy in place of Jithender Reddy as Director.<BR><BR>2. Since Sri. K. Rajeswera Rao has not accepted for Appointment of Director hence the proposal for appointment of Director is cancelled.
