Anupam Rasayan India Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, May 18, 2024, have recommended a final dividend for the financial year 2023-24 of INR 0.75/- per equity share at 7.5% of face value of INR 10/- each, subject to the approval of the members at the AGM of the Company.
