Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from Friday, 01st April, 2022, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the 4th quarter & year ended 31st March, 2022 for all the Promoters/ Promoter Group/ Directors / KMPs/Employees of the Company including designated persons/insiders and their immediate relatives covered under the code.
