This is to inform that in pursuance to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the circulars and the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 30th June, 2024.
