Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, <BR>for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from July 20, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
