Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors, at a shorter notice, is scheduled to be held on November 16, 2015 to consider an urgent business transaction.<BR><BR>Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting Trading By Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from the date of this Notice i.e. November 14, 2015 till the expiry of 48 hours from the time the Outcome is communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting i.e. November 18, 2015 (both days inclusive).
