Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014, for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from October 20, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
