Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2015 for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from January 20, 2015 to February 07, 2015 (both days inclusive).
