Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be soon issuing notice to M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Pvt. Ltd, Companys Registrar & Transfer Agent, (hereinafter referred to as Sharepro) for termination of the Agreement entered with them.<BR><BR>The Company has discovered certain irregularities at Sharepro w.r.t. the share related operations.
