APTECH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company remain closed for all Insider, Designated person and Connected Person with effect from 1st July, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all Insider, Designated person and Connected Person are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 shall be intimated separately. <BR>
