Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2014, inter alia, has approved declaration of Interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (25% on Face value of Rs. 10/-) for the financial year 2013-14.
